A wooden boy walks to school with an ABC book. Instead of school, he ends up in a linen booth. What is the name of this book? What is the boy's name?
Children: Pinocchio!
Leading: This fabulous boy will become our assistant in the sports game. He sent us a chest (shows) there is a surprise in it for you. And Pinocchio has the key. Let's all call Pinocchio together.
Children: Bu-ra-ti-no, Bu-ra-ti-no!
Pinocchio hurries to the guys to the cheerful song from the movie “The Adventure of Pinocchio.”
Pinocchio: I'm a wooden boy, there's a funny book about me. There is a movie about me, and my name is Pinocchio.
Hi guys. I'm so glad to see you all!
Leading: And we are glad to see you, Buratino. We want to invite you to have fun sports competitions with us, and then open this magical chest!
Pinocchio: I would like to (sadly) but... when I was hurrying to you, I dropped the key somewhere. And I don’t know what to do, we won’t be able to open the chest.

Leading: Guys, what are we going to do? (children offer to find the key) Correctly, you need to follow in his footsteps and help Pinocchio find the key.
Pinocchio: So you want to go on an adventure?
Children: Yes we want!
Pinocchio:: Wherever I have been, the path has not been easy. You need to take strength, agility, speed, endurance. Do you have this?
Children: Eat!
The children go in search of the key. The first stage on the way is an obstacle course.
It can be used as additional equipment or on-site buildings.

At the second stage, meet Yablonka (an adult is holding a hoop in his hands, plastic balls are tied to it on thick threads or ribbons or attached to it with tape) from the fairy tale “Geese and Swans”.
Geese and swans fly around the apple tree (children with costume elements) They perform a dance to the soundtrack and fly away. Children guess a fairy tale.
Presenter: Yablonka, Yablonka, didn’t you know the golden key?
Yablonka: I didn’t see the key, but I heard the geese and swans flying past, talking about some kind of key. If you help me harvest apples, then I can show you the way.
Children are divided into two teams, each with a basket. On command, apples are picked one by one.

The Forest Fairy has your key (shows the way).
At the third stage They are greeted by grandfather and grandmother sitting near the house, on the ground there is a volleyball net on it with multi-colored balls, along the edges of the area there are baskets with colored flags blue, red, green, yellow.
Pinocchio: In the village above the river one could see a small house. The grandmother and children lived there and ate porridge for lunch.
Grandma: How wonderful it is to live in the world - children came to visit us.
Grandfather: You already know a lot about cooking, bake for us... (children guess) bun.
Grandma: We'll scrape the bottom of the tree and sweep the barn. Let's add a little flour...
Grandfather: This is good.
Grandma: Repeat with me guys how we knead the dough and bake the bun!
(together with the guys they imitate the movements)

We will pour water and flour (children pretend to pour water into a bowl).
And we'll break the egg. Knead, knead the dough dough (everyone shows that they knead the dough with their hands: first, alternately with each hand, then with both hands at once).
The dough is fluffy, my friend. Let's quickly make a bun! (roll the bun between your palms)
Grandfather: Our great grandma!
You won't find more beautiful koloboks
Blue, red, yellow...
Do you remember what happened to the kolobok? (children answer)
Let's hide the buns in baskets according to the color of the flag. The fox won't find them there (children sort the balls into baskets).). The child and grandmother thank you for your help, and the children set off on their journey.

Cat: Well, that's another matter. I will help you, I have boots - fast walkers, they will take you to the Fairy in an instant.
Children are divided into two teams and take turns running in boots.

At the eighth stage In a clearing near the trees, the Forest Fairy herself meets you.
Fairy: Hello, friends! Where are you rushing to? (Pinocchio and the children explain that they are looking for a golden key). Is this the key you are looking for? (takes it out of the basket)

I won't just give it to you. Can you help me decorate the trees? (takes out colored ribbons from the basket) Then I'll give it to you. (children decorate trees and dance in circles).

Guys, in our classes we learn letters, from letters, we make syllables, from syllables words... Who will continue the chain? Well done! Do you know where our letters, our language came from, who invented our alphabet? ( children's versions are listened to). What do you think we will talk about in class today? The storyteller teacher begins the story to the music:

A very, very long time ago, millions of years ago, people did not know how to speak, but like animals, they could only make the simplest sounds: they screamed, they saw danger, they growled if they were in pain, they squealed if they were happy. And yet, even then, people were different from animals. They walked on two legs and, unlike most animals, used a stick and a stone - the very first and simplest tools. People also needed to negotiate with each other about hunting, warn about danger, tell where edible mushrooms and roots grow, and they learned to communicate with gestures. Each gesture had its own meaning - this is how sign language first appeared. We communicate with each other in this language: which ones? That's right - we shake hands, wave, clap, etc. It took a long time before people learned to use the sounds of their voices to convey information. Only humans have the ability to communicate using the sounds of their voices. It can be assumed that the first words on earth were exclamations that expressed surprise, condemnation, approval or warning. Words gradually formed into sentences - this is how ORAL SPEECH appeared. People have learned to think in words and speak in words! Oral language is the ability of people to speak and produce words using their lips, tongue and mouth. Therefore, the name oral speech comes from the word mouth-lips. The oral stream began to be used for entertainment. Oral folk art appeared (fairy tales, nursery rhymes, riddle songs, epics, jokes, etc.)

Slide 2.

Society is developing, trade and politics are developing. And the need for writing arises. We have reached it (clay tablets, birch bark letters).

Slide 3.

We owe our alphabet to Cyril and Methodius.

Slide4.

Let's return to the CNT circuit. What's the most interesting? Of course fairy tales.

What Russian folk tales do you know?

Baba Yaga flies in.

Why are you here? Do you want to go to the land of fairy tales? I won't let you in. They need healthy, strong people like me. And I’m like this because I eat rejuvenating apples.

Teacher-storyteller: Stop - those! Guys! But we also eat apples, pears, bananas and vegetables. We can also be called healthy, but why do you think?

(Children's versions).

Teacher-storyteller: All fruits contain a lot of vitamins and minerals. Let's see what vegetables are good for.

Look at the table.

What else is healthy to eat?

What's harmful?

Baba Yaga: You know everything! But are you dexterous? I'll check you out. But guys, I’m old, Vyacheslav Valerievich will help me.

Physical education teacher: Guys, the relay race is called “Youth Apples”. Form into two teams according to your T-shirt circles.

Your task is not to drop the apples from the plate, run to the cube and come back.

The blue team won.

Teacher-storyteller: R fuck, Baba Yaga has disappeared, which means we can continue traveling.

Oh, what do we have here (the magic ball rolls). He brought us assignments.

You have cards. They have syllables, make up words.

Result: exercise, health.

Guys, how are these words connected? Of course, to be healthy you need to do exercises. Do you know how to do exercises correctly? Now Vyacheslav Valerievich will tell you and show you how to do it.

The physical education teacher conducts exercises.

Teacher-storyteller: Will you be doing exercises?

What sports do you know? (Children's answers).

Guys, look, we have a magic chest, and in the chest there are riddles for you.

Near the forest on the edge

Three of them live in a hut.

There are three chairs and three mugs.

Three beds, three pillows.

Guess without a hint

Who are the heroes of the fairy tale? (Three Bears).

Mixed with sour cream,

It's cold at the window,

Round side, ruddy side.

Rolled... (Kolobok).

While the teacher and the children are solving riddles. A physical education teacher conducts a master class with the audience called “Eye-Diamond,” aimed at preserving vision.

Teacher-storyteller: Guys, what sport did the bun play? That's right athletics.

Physical education teacher: We will also go jogging now. We line up in two columns. In the spoon you have small “balls” - tennis balls. Your task is to reach the cube without dropping the ball. Whoever completes it faster wins.

Result: the yellow team won.

Teacher-storyteller: Oh, Baba Yaga left her bag. What's in it? She left us questions, if you guess correctly, you will receive a treasure.

What birds carried away the brother, while the sister went on a walk and played? (Swan geese).

Who did brother Ivanushka turn into when he did not listen to his sister Alyonushka? (into a little goat).

From whom does the kind orphan girl suffer insults in the fairy tale “Morozko”?

Who sings the song “The fox carries me through the dark forests”, calling for help from the cat? (rooster)

Baba Yaga has an unusual house. What legs does it stand on? (on chickens).

What is the name of the fairy tale from which the song: “You, kids! You little goats! Open up, open up..." (wolf and seven kids).

What vegetable did grandfather, grandmother, granddaughter, Bug, cat, mouse pull? (turnip).

Who destroyed the tower in the fairy tale “Teremok?” (bear).

Well done! Look, Baba Yaga left you oranges. Why did she call them treasures? It’s absolutely true that they contain a lot of vitamin C.

Receive your well-deserved gifts.

Life in the 21st century presents us with many new problems, among which the most pressing today is the problem of maintaining health. This problem is especially acute in the educational field, where any practical work is aimed at strengthening the health of children by improving the health service. Domestic and foreign scientists have long established that human health depends only 7-8% on the success of healthcare, and 50% on lifestyle. Against the backdrop of environmental and social tension in the country, against the backdrop of an unprecedented increase in diseases of “civilization,” in order to be healthy, you need to master the art of preserving and strengthening it. This art should be given as much attention as possible in an educational institution. In addition, it must be taken into account that now there are practically no ideally healthy children. We should also not forget that childhood is the most favorable time for developing healthy habits, which, in combination with teaching children methods of improving and maintaining health, will lead to positive results.

It should be noted that currently there is a low level of knowledge about the value of parents’ own health and the health of their children. Therefore, the task of parents and teachers is to instill in preschoolers respect for their own health and the responsibility to take care of it. And start forming the foundations of a healthy lifestyle in preschoolers as early as possible.

During the preschool period, there is intensive development of organs and the formation of functional systems of the body. It is very important at this time to provide children with a certain base of knowledge and practical skills of a healthy lifestyle, to create the need for regular and systematic physical education and sports.

Therefore, work in this direction should be carried out from 2 sides: family and educational institution.

From the Federal State Educational Standard. The standard is aimed at solving the following problems:

1) protecting and strengthening the physical and mental health of children, including their emotional well-being;

4) creating favorable conditions for the development of children in accordance with their age and individual characteristics and inclinations, developing the abilities and creative potential of each child as a subject of relationships with himself, other children, adults and the world;

6) the formation of a general culture of the personality of children, including the values of a healthy lifestyle, the development of their social, moral, aesthetic, intellectual, physical qualities, initiative, independence and responsibility of the child, the formation of prerequisites for educational activities;

9) providing psychological and pedagogical support to the family and increasing the competence of parents (legal representatives) in matters of development and education, protection and promotion of children’s health.

That is, in accordance with the standard, one of the priority tasks of a kindergarten is to preserve and strengthen the child’s physical health. Therefore, we need not only to maintain health in the process of education and training, but also to educate parents on this issue.

HEALTH-SAVING TECHNOLOGIES

1. Mastery of a set of simple forms and methods of behavior that contribute to the preservation and strengthening of health

2. Increasing health reserves

FORMS OF ORGANIZATION

1. Finger gymnastics

2. Gymnastics for the eyes

3. Respiratory

4. Articulatory

5. Musical and breathing training

6. Dynamic pauses

7. Relaxation

8. Art therapy, fairy tale therapy

9. Movement therapy, music therapy

10. Color therapy, sound therapy, sand therapy.

I planned work on studying and introducing new forms and methods of using health-saving technologies in the educational process of preschool educational institutions.

Goal of the work: introduce into the educational process an unconventional method of physical development “Physical Tales” (author N. N. Efimenko)

Tasks:

1. Increasing children's interest in physical exercise.

2. Creating conditions for the realization of children’s natural need for physical activity.

3. Formation of the necessary motor skills of the child through inclusion in the game.

4. Activation of parents and enrichment of their experience in the physical development of children

5. Creating psychological comfort in children when performing physical exercises through the use of fairy-tale characters, colorful attributes, non-traditional equipment, etc.

To achieve these goals, a project was developed to work with children and their parents “Healthy Lifestyle”, a work plan based on the author’s methodology of N. N. Efimenko “Physical Tales”, and the enrichment of the subject-spatial development environment with new materials for work and relaxation. (dry pool, salt dough, kinetic sand, su-jock therapy, etc.)

“Physical Tales” - the author’s method of physical education by N. N. Efimenko (Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences).

Preschool age is a time of active formation of the child’s body. Constant use of only the classical structure often “leads to a decrease in children’s interest in classes and, as a consequence, to a decrease in their effectiveness. Therefore, it is necessary to use non-traditional approaches to the structure and content of classes that allow you to constantly maintain children’s interest in them, individualize the approach to each child, and wisely distribute the load, taking into account the level of motor activity and the gender-role principle of selecting movements.

Therefore, in preschool institutions there is a need to use non-traditional methods of physical education. The healing effect achieved through non-traditional forms is closely related to the positive emotions of children, which have a beneficial effect on the child’s psyche.

And so the search for new promising directions in the improvement of children’s health led to the author’s program of a completely new methodological level of a scientifically based system of physical recovery, correction, prevention and creative self-expression of children - “Theater of physical education and recovery of children of preschool and primary school age” by Nikolai Nikolaevich Efimenko.

In the first years of life, a child develops very quickly. In no subsequent period of life does he acquire as much as at this time. And since the leading activity of a preschool child is play, then thanks to the pedagogical commandment “by playing - to heal, by playing - to educate, by playing - to develop, by playing - to teach,” the child can receive joy from satisfying the natural need to move, from learning about the world around him.

“Theater of physical education for preschoolers” is a new approach to physical education, which involves the use of a new methodology for the physical development of children.

Theater is a playful form, a new system of physical health, correction, prevention and creative self-expression for children.

Each educational lesson, according to the program “Theater of Physical Education for Preschool Children,” is a situational mini-game (media), in which children enter the stage of role-playing or “imitative” imitation play, acting either in the roles of animals, or in the role of birds, insects or fairy-tale characters. During classes, pictures and diagrams and music are regularly used.

The generally accepted system of movements in such classes is modified. The following motor modes are distinguished: swimming, lying down, crawling, sitting, standing, walking, climbing, running, jumping.

The program has changed the traditional structure of the main movements. Exercises in a sitting position are proposed to be considered a full-fledged basic movement, the same as walking and running. Climbing exercises are separated into a separate section and are not combined with crawling exercises. The balance exercise has been removed from the list of basic movements. Throwing exercises have been replaced with more natural and necessary object-manipulative actions (stroking and feeling various objects, grasping, “dropping,” lifting, scattering, shifting objects, etc.).

The program includes several sections: work with music, color and “plastic ballet”.

I took part of the methodology, namely “Physical Tales”, since the program is very extensive and requires implementation in all areas of the physical development of preschool children.

Classes with children are based on a “physical education” fairy tale, which allows not only to train the body, but also to develop the intellect, as well as to form the necessary spiritual qualities in children. These fascinating fairy tales can be read to children both in class and before bed - they contain a lot of wisdom and light. Classes are conducted in line with a large thematic game (“House (apartment)”, “Seasons”, “Carnival of Flowers”, “Forest Patterns”, “Sun”, “In the Garden, in the Vegetable Garden”, “Water Cycle”) in the form situational mini-games (“The Adventures of House Slippers”, “Spring Girl”, “In a Flower Meadow (“Narcissus”)”, “Listvandia Country”, “Summer Beauty”, “The Tale of a Curious Sunny Bunny”, “Vine Fairy” , “Auntie Autumn”, “Journey of a Raindrop”, “Grandmother Winter”). And the drawings illustrating exercises for classes can be painted in different colors.

I started my work with gymnastics for waking up after a night or daytime sleep, which is fundamentally different from traditional exercises. Its novelty lies in a more natural change in the initial positions of the body: from lying (horizontal) to standing (vertical).

The appendix presents ten original “physical education” fairy tales and activities that can be carried out both in the bedroom (“The Tale of a Curious Sunny Bunny”, “The Journey of a Raindrop”, “Grandmother Winter”), and in the hall and even on the street!

Since the volume of each fairy tale is very large and long in time, 1-2 new elements from the fairy tale and 3-4 previously studied are used in one day. Thus, each fairy tale lasts for 1 month of study.

Also, each fairy tale was accompanied by music, depending on the purpose. If you need to calm down before work, then relaxation, if you wake up and get involved in work, then cheerful.

An example of a “Physical Fairy Tale”. Topic: apartment (house).

HOUSE (APARTMENT)

Adventures of house slippers

In one cozy city apartment, a family of slippers lived and lived together with their owners. On the floor under the shoe shelf in his favorite dark corner, grandfather’s slippers with soft leather soles and warm felt sides lay snoring importantly. These soft, trampled slippers loved to sleep not only at night, but also during the day - age affected them.

Ex. 1."Sleep Lovers"

From the starting position (i.p.) lying on your back, arms to the sides -

alternate turns of the head left and right, lightly touching the ear

support surface.

Dad's slippers were the largest. They loved to lie on their stomachs and were always pushing everyone around.

Ex. 2. "Daddy's Slippers"

From and. p. lying on your stomach, head turned with your temple on the carpet, arms bent and resting on your palms - raising your head and shoulder girdle to a moderate height, at the same time performing extension movements of your arms, while saying: “Move aside - move!”

Of course, all the other slippers respectfully parted ways - they knew who the head of the family was!

To the right of dad's slippers, always side by side, stood mom's green, soft and light slippers with graceful butterflies on top. They were always clean, neat and loved to put the daily order on the shoe shelf that stood in the hallway by the front door.

Ex. 3. “Daily cleaning”

From and. n. lying on your stomach - slowly and smoothly roll over onto your back and back onto your stomach - first in one direction, then in the other direction.

The most restless ones, of course, were son Kolya’s worn-out slippers. He never sat still, but rushed from room to room throughout the apartment.

Ex. 4. "Fidgets"

From and. n. lying on your stomach - crawling on your belly around the perimeter of the hall, first counterclockwise, and then along the clockwise direction (return to the starting position).

Like two fluffy kittens, the pink fluffy slippers that daughter Ira wore at home always affectionately pressed against her mother’s slippers. They were quietly whispering about something - probably about outfits, hairstyles, beautiful shoes. Yes, yes, they were a little jealous of the black high-heeled shoes that they often wore to the theater, to visit - for birthdays or just for a cup of coffee.

Ex. 5. “Fluffy kittens”

Crawling on all fours (low position) to the center of the hall (circle) and then returning to the starting position with the buttocks forward.

My mother’s festive black shoes, shiny with varnish, were proudly displayed, showing with all appearance how elegant and elegant they were.

Ex. 6. “Graceful shoes”

From and. p. standing on all fours (middle position) - alternately raising the left and right legs, while the head is stretched upward, the back is gently arched in the lower back.

The house slippers of the whole family, along with other shoes, lived in a separate house, which for them was a shoe shelf with three “floors”.

Ex. 7. “Shelf-house”

From and. p. standing on all fours (high position) - straighten your arms and legs, raising your tailbone as much as possible: “Wow, what a big house the slippers lived in!”

In this house, if there was no cleaning for a long time, spiders also sometimes appeared and weaved their webs in the dark corners.

Ex. 8. "Spider"

From and. n. resting your hands behind your back and raising your torso - move with side steps (bending your knees) around a vertical axis, first in one direction, then in the other. And to avoid cobwebs, you need to wipe your shoe rack with a damp cloth more often!

Slippers, having stumbled upon a cobweb, grumbled dissatisfiedly: “There has been no cleaning for a long time.”

Ex. 9. "Grumpy Slippers"

From and. p. (same as in exercise 8) - alternately stretch the right and left legs up, imitating a disgusted touch to a dusty cobweb.

In the mornings, when everything in the apartment woke up and began to move, the slippers also woke up. They scurried through the rooms like cars through the streets.

Ex. 10. "Morning Movement"

Crawling on all fours (high position) in any direction, but without pushing each other.

Sometimes it happened that some slippers accidentally collided with others or lightly stepped on each other. At the same time, they dispersed, backing up and politely repeating: “Sorry, please, this happened completely by accident!”

Ex. 11. “Polite Slippers”

Chaotic movement on all fours (high position) with the buttocks forward, slightly touching each other. In this case, you need to say words of apology and go in different directions with a smile.

Grandfather got up before everyone else, as always, and, groaning and groaning, put on his warm, trampled dude slippers.

Ex. 12. “Ah and oh!”

From and. n. sitting on the floor (rug, gymnastic bench or chair - imitate putting on slippers: alternately raise your legs, bending them at the knees, mark time and turn, taking side steps in both directions.

A little later than grandfather, my mother quickly got up - after all, she had to have time to prepare breakfast for the whole family. Her slippers fluttered in the bathroom, hallway and kitchen like butterflies!

Ex. 13. “Flying Butterflies”

From and. n. while kneeling - perform various bends in combination with flapping movements of the arms, imitating the movements of the wings. Then, rising from your knees, perform the same movements while standing.

At this time, dad came out of the bedroom with a firm step - his slippers walked like soldiers at a military parade.

Ex. 14. "Parade Step"

Walking with short steps with high hips, then walking with small lunges and finally - giant steps!

Hearing dad’s steps and his loud voice, Kolya and Ira immediately got up and, still sleepy, went out of the children’s room into the hall to do morning exercises with dad. Since the children’s eyes had not yet fully opened, they walked as if by touch, with their arms spread out to the sides, while they kept losing their slippers.

Ex. 15. “Sony-sleepy”

Careful walking in different directions, arms forward - to the sides, with periodic bends towards the foot, simulating putting on a fallen slipper.

At the end of the exercise, dad loved to run a little with the children - and then the little children’s slippers, stomping loudly, rushed after dad’s big ship-slippers. The little slippers thought they looked like proud sailing yachts running through the waves!

Ex. 16. “Cruising yachts”

First perform fast walking, and then gradually switch to easy running. While running, your arms can take different positions: forward, backward, sideways, up.

And now Kolya became the brave Captain Gray, sailing on his ship under scarlet sails, and Ira became the beautiful Assol, waiting for her beautiful lover on the shore.

Thus began a new day in their lives, promising so many interesting things!

What interesting things will you have today, boys and girls? What do you expect from the coming day? What will you do today?

Children, under the guidance of the teacher, begin to walk again, calm down and answer the questions posed.

The manual presents notes on classes with children in the preschool group of a preschool institution, in which, with the help of various methods and means of using non-standard equipment and modern elements of health improvement, the health-saving orientation of physical education is implemented.

The manual includes exciting exercises and games that can be used as physical education at home and in kindergarten, individually and in a group with children aged 1 to 7 years. Game exercises can become a good basis for correctional and developmental work with various categories of children.

The manual presents material on organizing and conducting physical education classes in the musical rhythm of fairy tales with preschoolers aged 3-7 years. The program was developed at the Department of Theory and Methods of Physical Education of the Volgograd State Academy of Physical Culture (Volgograd) by Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor N. A. Fomina. For many years, preschool teachers have been working creatively and successfully under this program.
The manual is intended to help organizers of physical education, music directors and teachers of preschool institutions; may be useful for students of pedagogical colleges and universities.

A normally developing child strives for movement from birth. Children usually strive to satisfy their enormous need for movement through games. For them, playing means, first of all, moving and acting.
One of the urgent tasks of physical education of preschool children is the development and use of methods and means that would contribute to the functional improvement of the child’s body, increase its performance, make it resilient and hardy, with high protective abilities to adverse environmental factors.
There are different ways to develop physical qualities in children, one of them is outdoor games.

The manual contains discussions on a healthy lifestyle - morning exercises, hardening, outdoor games at any time of the year, sun and air baths.
New fairy tales, poems and riddles by the author make the material of the manual fascinating and accessible for children of senior preschool and primary school age. Questions and tasks are designed to activate memory and attention, develop the child’s logical thinking and speech.
The material in the manual can be used for collective and individual training.
The manual is addressed to teachers, parents, tutors and educators.

The manual is written in accordance with the "Kindergarten Education Program". It provides long-term planning of the main types of movements, reveals the features of conducting physical education classes in the second junior group of kindergarten for the whole year.

Physical education classes in kindergarten preparatory group
Physical education of preschool children is a unified system of educational and health activities in the daily routine, including daily morning exercises, physical education classes, outdoor games and entertainment indoors and outdoors under the direct supervision of the teacher.
This manual presents methodological recommendations for conducting physical education classes, organizing games of varying intensity, and games with sports elements. At the end of each month, material is presented for repetition and consolidation of what has been learned, which the teacher can change or supplement at his own discretion.
Sample lesson notes are built according to a generally accepted structure and include training in basic types of movements, sets of general developmental exercises with various subjects and outdoor games. All physical education classes are conducted in a playful and entertaining manner.
An important place in activities with children aged 6-7 years is occupied by outdoor games, play exercises and tasks. In games, children not only develop and strengthen their physical qualities, but also develop responsibility for themselves and other children (mutual assistance, support, moral principles of behavior in a team). The main thing is that activities and games indoors and on the kindergarten playground bring children pleasure and joy, increase confidence in their abilities, and develop independence.
As a result of work on the development of physical qualities and motor skills throughout the entire period of education and training in kindergarten, by the time they enter first grade, children have a certain and fairly strong reserve of motor skills and abilities, physical qualities, and good coordination of movements. All this will allow them to successfully cope with the workload at school, maintain correct posture in class, show perseverance, and the ability to listen to the teacher without being distracted.

The manual reveals the theoretical foundations of radioecological education and training, and presents a system of work to familiarize children of senior preschool age with the basics of radioecology and a healthy lifestyle. Games (didactic, active, role-playing), environmental fairy tales, and a series of classes including game-based educational and problem situations are proposed as the main methods of work.
Addressed to teachers of institutions providing preschool education.

about a sporting event

"Sports Tales"

The game involves teams of 10 people (5 boys and 5 girls). It is carried out in a gym or on a sports ground.

Required to play basketballs, stands, decorations representing the house and forest, tablespoons, boiled eggs, small pieces of foam, tape recorder, flag, hats with earflaps, scarves, hoops, chairs.

The presenter briefly tells the story, and then the children play it out in relay competitions. After each relay, the chief judge announces its results. Overall standings- by the smallest amount of occupied places.

To the sound of marching music, participating teams enter the parade one by one in a column. They line up. After the report, the competition flag is raised. On it are the words: “Sports Tales.” At the signal from the leader, the teams line up to start in three (with three teams participating in the game) columns, one at a time.

Leading. Guys, you all love fairy tales. Today I will briefly tell a few fairy tales, and you will beat each of them in competitions, in relay races. Thus, you will become, as it were, participants in these fairy tales. Since our game involves competition, it is called “Sports Tales”.

But first of all, I will introduce you to our viewers. Participants take part in competitions (classes are represented by their motto, captain and team name).

So let's begin!

The first fairy tale is “Ryaba Hen”.

Once upon a time there lived a grandfather and a woman. And they had a chicken, Ryaba. The hen laid an egg, not a golden one, but a simple one. Grandfather beat and beat, but did not break; The woman beat and beat, but did not break. The grandfather is crying, the woman is crying, and the hen is clucking: “Don’t cry, grandfather, don’t cry, woman, but rather play a competition.” Place the egg on a spoon and run around the house, whoever completes the task faster will win.”

Relay race. Running with an egg on a spoon to the counter and, going around it, back, passing the spoon with an egg to the next player, etc. Girls in headscarves, boys in hats with earflaps. On the counter- decoration "Home".

Leading. Guys, in the fairy tale “Chicken Ryaba” you were grandmothers and grandfathers. Well, stay like that, because the second fairy tale "Turnip" and the heroes of this tale are again grandmother and grandfather. Attention! Listen!

Grandfather planted a turnip. The turnip grew very, very big. Grandfather pulls the turnip, pulls it, but cannot pull it out. Grandfather called grandma. Grandfather for the turnip, grandmother for the grandfather. They pull, they pull, they pull. We were delighted. And they ran with the turnip to the house and, going around it, back.

Relay race. Rearrangement in pairs. Boy holding a basketball, girl- around the boy's waist. Boys in hats with ear flaps, girls in headscarves. Run in pairs with the ball to the post and, going around it, back, passing the ball to the next pair, etc. The “Home” decoration is on the stand.

Leading. Now, let me tell you a fairy tale "About a cockerel and a fox." And you will turn into foxes and chanterelles.

The fox came running to the cockerel’s house and said: “Cockerel, cockerel, golden comb,” look out the window, I’ll give you some peas.” The cockerel looked out the window, and the fox scratched him into the bag and ran around the forest.

Relay race. Running with a bag on your shoulder to the post and, going around it, back, passing the bag to the next player, etc. In the bag- two basketballs. Decoration on the counter- "Forest".

Leading. Attention, guys! Let's continue the theme “My Beast”. Fairy tale "Teremok".

There is a tower-teremok in a field. He is neither low nor high. Who lives in the mansion? Who lives in high places? Mosquito-Piskun. It's boring for a mosquito to live alone. He decided to invite his friends to visit. A mosquito flies out of the mansion, takes a friend by the hand and invites him to the mansion. So he brought all his friends to him. They began to live, live and make good. To play this fairy tale, you guys need to choose the fastest and most resilient. He will be the Squeaky Mosquito.

Relay race. A hoop is placed in front of the column, with Komar-Piskun in the hoop. At the command “Attention! March!" he runs out of the hoop, takes one player from his column by the hand and runs into the hoop with him. The player remains in the hoop, and Komar-Piskun goes after another player. And so all the players from the column must take turns running into the hoop together with Komar-Piskun.

Leading. And let's remember the fairy tale about the sweetest, kindest and most beautiful girl - Cinderella.

At the prince's ball, Cinderella lost her shoe, but the prince not only found the shoe, but also put it on Cinderella's little foot.

Exercise. A chair is placed in front of each team's column. Cinderellas are sitting on chairs- girls from the team. Each team chooses a captain (prince) and blindfolds him. The princes are located a few meters from their Cinderellas. At the command of the presenter “Attention! March!" the princes run to Cinderella and put slippers on their feet. Cinderella sits on a chair without shoes, and the shoes stand next to the chair, so that the “prince” does not see which side they are on, so that he can find them with his eyes closed. After completing the task, the “princes” take their Cinderellas to the fans’ seats.

Leading. Now guys, we're going to the kingdom Snow Queen. Here she has the boy Kai captive. He builds an ice figure and, if he folds it, he will gain the right to return home. We need to help him. To do this, let's throw pieces of ice to him, then he will have more of these pieces of ice, and he will put together an ice figure faster.

Relay race. Two lines are drawn, the distance between them is 2.5-3 m. Team players stand behind one of them, each holding a small piece of foam plastic in their hand. At the command “Attention! March!" players throw the foam over the other line. The number of pieces of foam plastic that fell behind it is counted. Teams perform the task one by one.

Leading. I want to end our fairytale game with the words: -

That's the end of the fairy tales. Who listened to them - well done! Whoever played them is a daredevil!

And who won?

Main judge. And the team won today... Winner's reward ceremony.

Leading. This concludes our competition. We thank all spectators and fans for their attention. Goodbye!
