Some might object and say that this extra spin will make the forehand stronger because it will spin harder. Well, that makes sense, but you still need to hit faster twos from time to time.

WARNING: At higher levels of boxing, turning your head while throwing a jab may result in you getting knocked out! The reason for this is that your head will have to turn back when you throw your forehand.
